Alternatively, you can use the contact us form on their website and reference your order number listed in your order confirmation email. Please note that some orders will be hand delivered by Betta delivery drivers, so a tracking number is not always provided. Your local Betta store will notify you by the contact details provided on your online order that your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you bring a copy of your order confirmation and valid photo ID. You may be able to make changes to your order, depending on where the order is up to in processing. At Betta Home Living, your obligation as a customer to pay for the goods you have ordered is satisfied in full by making payment through Braintree, Paypal or any other third party payment gateway facility as provided through their site.
